Dr. William H. Haney, M.D. was born in Huntington West Virginia and he completed medical school in 1986, at the same hospital he was born in. In 1990, Dr. William Haney completed his four year residency in Internal Medicine/Pediatrics at the University of Kentucky. Dr. Haney was on faculty at UK as an Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine until 1999.

In September of 1999, Dr. William H. Haney, M.D. moved to Louisville, KY where he practiced primary medicine at the offices of Dr. Hilgeford, Morgan and Haney. In 2016, the practice of Dr. Hilgeford, Morgan and Haney was merged with Baptist Health. In February 2017, the office at 201 Meridian Avenue in Saint Matthews was destroyed by fire. The office was then relocated to a Baptist facility at 2400 Eastpoint Parkway in Louisville, KY.
Looking for ways to improve patient care, Dr. Haney left that practice and ventured into his own practice offering Concierge Medical Services with Ultimate MD in Louisville KY. His new office is conveniently located at 125 Fairfax Avenue, Louisville, KY 40207, just one block away from his previous location that was destroyed by fire.
